Rockstar Games never ported Max Payne 3 to the PS4. Maybe they felt their other projects were more important!

Max Payne 3 isn't on PS4 because Rockstar Games hasn't re-released it for the platform. Probably too busy with GTA and Red Dead!

Max Payne 3 didn't make it to PS4 simply because Rockstar Games didn't prioritize it. They have a lot on their plate.
