MLB The Show is not on PC because it's developed by Sony San Diego Studio, a first-party developer for PlayStation. They want to keep it exclusive to their own consoles, which makes sense from a business perspective.

It's all about that sweet console exclusivity! Sony wants to keep MLB The Show as a unique selling point for PlayStation hardware.

Sony's gotta sell those PlayStations, folks. No PC release keeps it as a console draw.

According to a friend of mine who works in the industry, Sony prioritizes their own platforms for their first-party titles to better control the user experience and ecosystem. So, don't hold your breath for a PC release anytime soon!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
