Yeah, MK9 isn't on Xbox One. Probably too busy with MK11 and new projects to worry about porting it. Who needs the past when the future is so... brutal?

I miss MK9 on Xbox One too! But it's because it wasn't included in the list of backward-compatible games. Guess they decided to focus on newer titles.

Mortal Kombat 9 isn't available on Xbox One because it was released before backward compatibility became a thing, and unfortunately, it didn't make the cut when they started adding older games.
