Your account age might be an issue. If you're under 13, Roblox has stricter settings that may prevent VR access.
FYI: Even if you have the right headset and age, not all Roblox games support VR. Make sure you're trying to play a VR-compatible game!
Hot take: VR on Roblox isn't that great anyway. Just stick with the regular experience!
Had the same problem. Updating your headset drivers and the Roblox app fixed it for me. Worth a shot!
