My character was slow, but it turned out I had crouched by accident! Check your crouch settings before panicking!
Overloaded like a pack mule? Super common issue! Lighten your load by stashing or selling some stuff, and you'll be on your merry way.
Sometimes it's just a matter of having low stamina. Rest up or use a stamina-boosting item to get back to your normal pace. Happy trails!
