You probably clicked on something you shouldn't have. Just go into settings and change the language back to English.
Happened to me once after updating my account info. Just Google 'change Facebook language' and follow the steps. Easy peasy!
It's not a glitch. Just change your language settings back to your preferred language in the settings menu.
