Oh, the mysterious world of GTA Online bans! There could be a few reasons why your friend got blocked. They might've mistakenly or intentionally broken Rockstar's rules – think modding, hacking, or being a bit too generous with the in-game exploits. Another possibility could be the overzealous use of profanity or harassment towards other players; GTA Online takes its community standards pretty seriously. It’s probably a good idea to check out Rockstar's official policy or have your friend contact their support.

I got blocked once for messing with game mods. Tell your friend to check if they accidentally left any mods on while jumping online. Rockstar does NOT like that.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
