Try toggling airplane mode on and off. Sometimes your phone just needs a friendly nudge.
Your signal might be weak if you're indoors or in an area with lots of obstructions. Get outside and catch some fresh air (and Pokémon)!
Reality check: sometimes ya just need to restart your phone. Works wonders!
If you're using a power-saving mode, it might affect GPS performance. Turn it off and try again.
