Why is My Instagram Feed Not Refreshing?

The most likely culprit is a weak internet connection. Try checking your Wi-Fi or mobile data settings and make sure everything's connected properly.
Could be that your app is outdated. Head to the App Store or Google Play and see if there's an update you missed.
Maybe Instagram's just taking a little break? Servers can have hiccups, so patience can be key.
I also had this issue and it turned out my Instagram cache was bloated! Clearing it out in the app settings fixed it right up!
