Check your internet connection. Sometimes a weak signal can mess with upload quality.
Did you export your photo at high resolution? Make sure it's at least 1080 pixels wide!
If you鈥檙e using Instagram Stories, the automatic compression can make things fuzzy. Try posting as a regular post instead.
Blurry pics can also happen if your phone camera has smudges. Clean that lens, buddy!
