It might be as simple as a bad USB port. Try plugging your keyboard into a different port on your Xbox.

First, check if your keyboard is properly connected to your Xbox. If it is, try unplugging it and plugging it back in or restarting your Xbox.

I had a similar issue, and it turned out to be my keyboard needing a firmware update. Check the manufacturer鈥檚 website!

Sometimes, Fortnite just doesn't like certain keyboards. Try a different one if you have it around.

You might need to check if any recent updates messed things up. Try updating your game or your Xbox system software.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
