Sounds like you might have a stuck button or a faulty controller. Try rebooting your PS5 and reconnecting the controller. If that doesn’t work, it might be time for a warranty claim or a new controller.

It could be a software glitch! Check for any updates for your PS5 and controller firmware. Sometimes a simple update fixes these issues.
