Check if someone else in your party is using speakers instead of a headset. That can cause a wicked echo!

Lower your mic volume in the game settings. Sometimes it's just picking up too much noise.

Could be your headset! Try a different one to see if the echo goes away.

Happened to me before! I fixed it by updating my audio drivers. Give that a shot if you鈥檙e on PC.

Hot take: Echoes are just entering the Fortnite multiverse. But seriously, make sure your in-game and console audio settings are not too high.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
