Just unplug it and plug it back in. Works like a charm most times. Xbox can be weird.

Ah, the classic quiet mic conundrum in Apex Legends on Xbox! There are a couple of usual suspects here. First, check your Xbox's system settings for the mic volume and make sure it's turned up. Also, peek into the game's audio settings to adjust mic levels there if available. Sometimes, different headsets have their own volume controls, so give that knob a twist or a button a press to see if it helps. Lastly, if you're in an Xbox party, make sure the party chat isn't overpowering the game chat.

Honestly, might just be your headset dying. Had the same issue until I switched to a new one and suddenly I'm loud and clear. RIP old headset.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
