Try restarting your device and making sure you have the latest game update. Sometimes a good ol' reboot does the trick!

Check your internet connection! NBA 2K Mobile needs a solid connection to load properly. You might just need to give your WiFi a little pep talk.

I had the same issue and realized I was running low on storage space. Clear some space on your device, and it might fix the problem.

Honestly, sometimes the servers just go down. Give it a little time and try again. Patience, young baller.

Hot take: Might be better off playing NBA 2K on console. Mobile can be too glitchy sometimes!

If you're a NBA 2K player looking for extra VCs or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in  NBA 2K essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
