Check your internet connection first! Sometimes a simple router reset can do wonders. Also, make sure PSN isn’t undergoing maintenance.

Make sure your PS4/PS5 system software is updated. Outdated firmware can cause connection issues with PSN.

Check your DNS settings. Switching to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) worked for me.
