First thing to check: your power cable! Make sure it's plugged in properly. Sometimes it wiggles out just a bit.

Had this happen to me, turned out the power supply unit needed a replacement. You might need to contact Sony support for that.

Just unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. Fixes a surprising number of issues.

Could be an issue with the power outlet. Try plugging your PS into a different outlet or power strip.

If none of the above work, it could be a more serious hardware problem. In that case, your best bet is to contact Sony support.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
