Could be a ghost living in your PS4. Seriously though, check if it's overheating or if there’s a disc stuck in it.

Three beeps usually mean your PS4 failed to shut down properly. Make sure you’re turning it off correctly and not just pulling the plug.

Mine did the same thing! It was a loose HDMI cable causing the issue. Once I fixed it, the beeping stopped.
