First, make sure your device isn’t muted and the volume is turned up. Then, go to PUBG Mobile settings > Audio and verify everything's configured correctly.

Check if your game and device permissions allow PUBG Mobile to access your microphone and speakers. Sometimes, an update resets these settings.
