First, check your internet connection鈥攕ometimes it's the simple stuff! Then make sure you have enough storage on your device. If all else fails, try restarting your device. Worked for me once!
If you're on a school or work network, they might be blocking the download. Try using a different Wi-Fi connection.
I had the same issue, and reinstalling the Roblox app from my device's app store worked. Maybe give that a try?
