Make sure your macOS is up to date. Sometimes Roblox updates require the latest version of macOS.

Check your network connection. A slow or unstable internet might mess with the update process.

I had this issue before. I uninstalled and then reinstalled Roblox, and it worked perfectly afterward. Just make sure to save your work first!
