Had this issue before! Uninstalling and reinstalling Roblox fixed it for me. Sounds extreme, but it worked!
Sometimes, Roblox sound issues can come from outdated or missing audio drivers on your PC. Make sure your drivers are up to date!
Hot take: It's probably your headphones. Try different ones or just use your device's speakers.
