If you're under 13, you won't have access to voice chat due to age restrictions. It's a safety thing!
Make sure you have enabled voice chat in your settings. Also, double-check your microphone permissions on your device.
This happened to me too! I had to update my Roblox app and it worked fine after that. Give it a shot.
Check your internet connection. A poor connection can mess with voice chat features.
