Personal experience - I had a similar problem and realized my camera's motion detection sensitivity was set too low. Upping it solved the issue for me!
Ensure you've got enough cloud storage or SD card space. If it's full, your camera might not record new events.
Check your Wi-Fi connection! If your Roku camera isn't recording, weak or no Wi-Fi signal is often the culprit. Try rebooting your router.
