First, try rebooting your Roku by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. Sometimes, it's just tired and needs a nap!

Had the same issue last week. I reset my network settings on Roku, and it worked like a charm! Go to settings, then system, then advanced system settings.
