Sometimes the game鈥檚 settings have their own volume controls. Double-check in the settings menu of the game to make sure the volume slider is at max.
I had the same issue until I realized my phone was on silent mode. Once I switched it off, my monsters were singing loud and clear!
Not gonna lie, sometimes it's your headphones. Try using different ones, or just play on speaker.
