Sometimes it’s a glitch. Try restarting the game or your device. Worked for me last time Angela went silent.

Make sure you didn’t accidentally turn off the voice feature in the game settings. It happens more often than you’d think!

Check your device volume first. If Angela's sound is muted, turn up the volume and make sure your sound settings allow the game to make noise.
