I had the same problem, and it turned out my settings were messed up. Go to your app settings and make sure everything's enabled.
Check your internet connection. It sounds basic, but sometimes it鈥檚 just a connectivity glitch.
TikTok Shop isn't available everywhere yet. If you're outside a supported country, your shop won't show no matter what you do.
Make sure your app is updated! Sometimes just having the latest version fixes these issues.
