Why is my Valorant not uninstalling?
Make sure you're trying to uninstall Valorant through the 'Add or Remove Programs' feature in Windows Settings. Sometimes, you might need to run the uninstaller as an administrator. Right-click on the Valorant or Riot Games Launcher in the 'Add or Remove Programs' list and select 'Run as administrator'. If it still won't budge, there might be a background process preventing the uninstall. Open Task Manager and end any Valorant or Riot Games Launcher processes, then try again.

Just delete the folder lol. If the uninstaller's being a pain, sometimes going straight to the game's installation folder and deleting it works. Then, clean up any leftovers in the registry (careful with this step!).

It could be an issue with the Riot Games Launcher itself. Sometimes the launcher gets a bit stubborn and won't let you uninstall games through the usual methods. A quick fix could be reinstalling the Riot Games Launcher and then trying to uninstall Valorant through the launcher. It's a bit roundabout but has worked for me and a few friends.
