First, check if you’ve entered the code correctly. Even a tiny typo can mess things up!

Sometimes, you might need to redeem the code on the official Fortnite website instead of in-game. Give that a try!

Make sure your V-Bucks card hasn’t expired. Some of them have an expiration date.

Contact Epic Games support. They’re usually pretty good about solving these kinds of issues.

Are you on the right platform? V-Bucks cards can be platform-specific. Double-check that you're redeeming it on the correct system (like Xbox, PlayStation, etc.).

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
