High ping in War Thunder? Check your internet connection first! Restart your router and see if that helps. If not, it might be worth closing any background applications that could be using up bandwidth.

I had the same issue! Turned out my cat was chewing on the ethernet cable. Try using a different cable or switch to a wired connection if you're on WiFi.

It could be that the War Thunder servers are just having a rough day. If it's a persistent issue, try reaching out to your ISP to make sure there's no problem on their end.

Make sure you're connecting to the closest server region in War Thunder's settings. Sometimes it automatically connects to a faraway server and messes things up!
