Honestly, it might just need a little TLC. Unplug it for a few minutes, plug it back in, and give it another shot!
Could be a corrupted update. Might have to boot into safe mode and do an offline update with a USB stick.
Your Xbox might be stuck on the green screen because it鈥檚 having trouble reading the hard drive. You might need to contact support if the usual reset tricks don鈥檛 work.
