Hulu sometimes has streaming issues, especially with older episodes, so you might want to try adjusting your streaming quality settings or use a different streaming platform like Crunchyroll!
I had the same issue. Switched to Crunchyroll and the quality was much better. You might want to give that a shot.
Could be your internet connection. Try resetting your router and see if that helps improve the quality!
