One Piece isn't on Netflix simply because Netflix doesn't have the streaming rights for it in most regions. These rights are complicated and depend on agreements between Netflix and the rights holders of One Piece. It’s all about who’s got the dibs on showing it!

I heard it's because Crunchyroll has the exclusive streaming rights to One Piece. They specialize in anime, so it makes sense that they’d snag such a big title. If you're itching to watch Luffy’s adventures, Crunchyroll is the go-to place!

Rights issues. Plain and simple. Crunchyroll has them, Netflix doesn't. End of story.

Netflix focuses on a wide array of genres and maybe they decided not to fight for One Piece rights considering its extensive catalog. Plus, anime-specialized platforms might offer a better home for such a dedicated fanbase.

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
