Cuz seeing puke in high definition would probably make half the audience turn off the show. Gotta keep those stomachs settled!
It's blurred to make the scene a bit more palatable. Chainsaw Man loves pushing boundaries but even it has its limits!
Not everything needs to be crystal clear; puke's gross enough without the extra detail. Just be glad they spared us the full horror.
