Sometimes, it's just a simple glitch. Try restarting Roblox or even your device. Worked for me last time!
Check your privacy settings. Your voice chat might be disabled there. Go to settings, then privacy, and make sure it's turned on.
Maybe Roblox is having server issues. Give it some time and try again later.
Make sure your microphone is working and is set as the default device. Simple but often overlooked!
