Could be a server issue. Give it some time and try again later. EA tends to fix these things pretty quickly.

Hey, I've had this problem before! It was my WiFi connection. Switching to a better network did the job for me.

Sometimes Sims FreePlay doesn't work because of a corrupt cache. Try clearing your app cache and restarting your device. It works miracles sometimes!

Check for updates! Make sure your game and device software are both up-to-date. Outdated versions can cause major hiccups.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
