Solo Leveling is in Japanese cuz it's made by A-1 Pictures, a studio in Japan. They're pros at anime production and brought this Korean masterpiece to life, keeping the anime tradition strong with Japanese voice acting.

Anime usually comes in Japanese first, tradition and all that. Solo Leveling being a huge hit, got the anime treatment by a Japanese studio, so naturally, it's in Japanese. Subs and dubs for the rest of us, folks!

It's all about the studio. A-1 Pictures, a Japanese studio, took on Solo Leveling. So, despite its Korean roots, the anime speaks Japanese. Plus, it kinda gives it an authentic anime vibe, doesn't it?
