Why is Splatfest so slow in Splatoon 2?

Cuz everyone and their squid are playing! Just be patient and think of all the sweet rewards.
Splatfest feels slow sometimes because the servers get crowded. Everyone wants to get their ink on at the same time!

Personally, I’ve noticed that the matchmaking might take a while, especially during peak hours. Hang tight; it’s worth the wait!
