Why Is Splatoon 3 Getting Hate?

It's probably just haters being haters. Splatoon 3 is still awesome.
People might be upset over server issues or matchmaking problems, but that happens with almost every new online game release.
Splatoon 3 might be getting some heat because people had super high expectations after Splatoon 2! Sometimes new game modes or changes in gameplay mechanics can rub long-time fans the wrong way.
