Steam is like the Swiss Army knife of PC gaming; it's essential because it wraps up games, social networking, and updates all in one place. Seriously, it has a massive library, making it the go-to spot for almost any game you're itching to play. Plus, it's where the community hangs out. You know a platform's doing it right when everyone and their grandma knows about it.

Steam is basically the big boss of PC gaming. Its importance? Unmatched library, tons of users, and it's been around forever. If PC gaming had a kingdom, Steam would be sitting on the throne. Also, updates. So many updates.

Eh, Steam's just okay. Massive library sure, but let's not forget those other platforms nipping at its heels. Competition's good, right?

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
