Capcom decided to focus on next-gen consoles and PC for Street Fighter 6 to maximize performance and take advantage of advanced features.
I think it's for technical reasons. Xbox One just might not handle the new graphics and mechanics as well.
They decided not to support Xbox One. Time to upgrade, my friend!
It's mostly because Xbox One's hardware is a bit outdated for what SF6 demands in terms of graphics and performance.
