Mugen Train doesn't shy away from showing some harsh realities of fighting demons, including gore and mature themes.

The movie has some pretty brutal and bloody fight scenes that aren't exactly kid-friendly. Viewer discretion advised!

The rating stems from explicit scenes of violence and some disturbing imagery. It's a wild ride but not for the faint of heart.
