Maybe your platform's servers are down. Check Fortnite's official status page or their Twitter for any outages.
Epic Games usually rolls out massive updates with new seasons. You might need to update your game manually.
Hey, had the same issue last season. Had to reinstall the game, which fixed it for me. Bit of a hassle, but it worked!
Check your internet connection. Sometimes a simple reboot of your router does the trick!
