Epic Games likely made the storm faster to encourage players to move around the map more and to stop camping in one spot. Gotta keep things exciting!

Honestly, the storm speed probably got a buff to make matches quicker and more dynamic. Less time hiding, more time fighting. Adapt or perish!

I play Fortnite daily and it feels like they made the storm faster to shorten game times. Quicker games mean more matches, more fun!

The storm is faster in Chapter 5 to keep the gameplay intense and push players into more frequent encounters. No time to waste - loot fast, fight faster!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
