Lag in NBA 2K often happens because of poor internet connection, so try getting a faster or more stable connection!

Sometimes it鈥檚 not you, it鈥檚 them. NBA 2K servers can be overloaded, especially during peak times or big events.

Reduce the game's graphics settings. High-end graphics can stress your system and cause lag, especially on older consoles or PCs.

From my experience, playing on a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi significantly reduces lag. Give it a shot!

Check if other devices on your network are hogging bandwidth. Streaming Netflix while hooping can cause some serious lag!

If you're a NBA 2K player looking for extra VCs or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in  NBA 2K essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
