Why is there no One Piece episode today?
They're letting the manga get ahead, obviously. Or maybe the animators decided to sail off with Luffy for some real-life inspiration. Who knows? ?

No new One Piece episode? It's probably just a break. Shows like this often take a hiatus. Could be for a holiday, special event broadcasting instead, or even the animators catching up on work.
