It’s because The Lost Legacy was marketed as a shorter game, kind of like an extended DLC but still standalone. Naughty Dog wanted to give players more Nathan Drake world but at a budget-friendly price.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is cheaper because it's a shorter, standalone expansion rather than a full-length game. That makes it a sweet deal for more Uncharted adventures!

I snagged The Lost Legacy on sale, and it's a gem. You get the same epic action without the full game cost. Score!

Shorter game = shorter price tag. Simple as that!

It's cheaper because it was meant as a smaller side adventure to the main series. You still get epic moments, just in a bite-sized package!
