Check your graphics settings. You might have a frame rate limit enabled in the game or through your GPU software.

Max FPS at 60? Try turning off V-Sync in the settings and see if it improves.

It's probably because your monitor is set to a 60Hz refresh rate or your V-Sync is on, which caps the FPS to 60.

I had the same issue, turned out my monitor supported more than 60Hz but I hadn't enabled it in the display settings!

Buddy, your rig might be strong but if you have V-Sync on, 60FPS is where you'll be chilling.
