Because the gods of anime decided Crunchyroll and Hulu would be the chosen ones for Boruto's adventures. Funimation just wasn't in their plan!

Funimation focuses mainly on dubbing anime, while Boruto: Naruto Next Generations seems to have distribution deals with platforms like Crunchyroll and Hulu instead. So hop over to those for your Boruto fix!
Simple: licensing agreements. Crunchyroll and Hulu have the rights to stream Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, not Funimation.
